Not a branded consumer rail. Fintoc's payment-initiation docs list "Banco BCI" with the institution id `cl_banco_bci` among 21 Chilean sender institutions, and name it again among the banks supporting Pago Automático de Cuentas (PAC) for recurring debits — the only gateway source that uses this listing's exact name. Fintoc also publishes BCI-specific daily limits: with a new recipient, CLP 250,000 via MultiPass or 600,000 via BciPass and a maximum of one transaction in the first 24h; with an existing recipient, 5,000,000 and 7,000,000 respectively, minimum CLP 1. Those per-bank MFA ceilings matter more to an integrator than the bank's presence does.
dLocal confirms the same bank twice: its Chile pay-in page states all Chilean methods settle in CLP and that the high-ticket transfer solution (CLP 5M–15M) covers "Santander, Banco de Chile, Banco Estado, and BCI/MACH" via Fintoc (full and partial refunds supported); its Chile payouts page lists "Banco Crédito e Inversiones" as bank code 16, bank transfer only, flows B2C/B2B/P2P, beneficiary identified by RUT. Antom names "Banco Bci" only as the owner of MACHBANK (buyer country Chile, CLP, refund and partial refund).
Documentation is silent in the places you would expect a method page: Adyen's 113-method catalog, Airwallex's matrix, Stripe's support matrix and EBANX's Chile overview contain no BCI entry, and Rapyd publishes a Banco Estado page but none for BCI. So there is nothing to integrate called "Banco BCI" — you integrate Fintoc, Khipu or Webpay through an aggregator and BCI appears as a bank the payer picks. No source states 3D Secure or chargeback behaviour.
