Rapyd marks refunds, reversals, recurring and disputes/chargebacks all "No", which is why the feature list here is empty rather than populated — an integrator should read this as a one-shot, non-reversible, low-ticket collection rail with no payout leg documented. The "Activa" prefix almost certainly means Red Activa: its own pages carry "Giros Internacionales WU" and Western Union terms, it is headquartered in Guayaquil, and it also runs bill payment and bank-agent cash in/out nationally.
