ATM Philippines

This is a category rather than a branded payment method, and it is recorded with no countries and no currencies deliberately. A category that inherits a specific product's footprint tells a reader something false — "buy now pay later" is not available only where one lender is.

Two separate verdicts.

(1) NOT THE SAME METHOD. The Airwallex pairing matched on the single token "philippines". I downloaded https://www.airwallex.com/docs/payments/payment-methods.md and read the table rows myself: Airwallex's Philippine methods are Dragonpay (bank transfer, PH, PHP), GCash (e-wallet, PH, 7 currencies) and Philippines Online Banking (online banking, PH, PHP/HKD/USD/SGD/AUD). Airwallex publishes NO over-the-counter / ATM cash method for the Philippines. The only Airwallex entry whose name contains "ATM" is "E.SUN (TW ATM & Internet Banking)" — shopper location TW, currency TWD, i.e. Taiwan, not the Philippines. "Philippines Online Banking" is the nearest thing by words but is a different rail: online bank login/push, not cash paid at a bank counter or ATM. So nothing in the Airwallex docs is this listing, and I return no coverage from it.

(2) IT IS A GENERIC CATEGORY, country-scoped. Where this listing does exist in gateway docs it is an umbrella over many banks' cash-in rails, never a brand: Adyen publishes it as "Over the counter / ATM Philippines", payment type "Cash", describing only "our supported banks and ATMs" and naming no brand; ecommpay publishes "Philippines Over the Counter & ATM" explicitly as a multi-bank method where the payer picks a branch or ATM chain from AUB, BDO (incl. BDO Network Bank), BPI, Chinabank, EastWest, Landbank, Metrobank, PNB, RCBC, RobinsonsBank, Security Bank, UCPB and Unionbank, with the live list behind /v2/info/banks/atm/philippines/sale/list. "ATM" is a kind of payment, like "Cash Payment" or "Bank transfer", so it must not inherit any single product's footprint — hence empty arrays here.

One caveat for whoever applies this: unlike "Buy Now Pay Later", this category carries its country in its own name, and the 1 country + 1 currency row already in the database is almost certainly Philippines + PHP, which is exactly what both Adyen (processing PHP, settlement USD) and ecommpay (PH only, PHP only) state. Those existing rows are truthful and should be kept and sourced to the Adyen/ecommpay pages below — the empty arrays I return mean "add nothing from Airwallex", not "the PH/PHP row is wrong". Do not let the generic-category flag strip them.
