What the last check found
Banco Caja Social is not really a payment method. It is a Colombian retail bank in Bogotá, linked to the Fundación Grupo Social and supervised by the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia. It reaches e-commerce only as one selectable institution inside PSE (Pagos Seguros en Línea), the online bank-debit rail run by ACH Colombia. ACH Colombia's own PSE site lists it under "Entidades Financieras que trabajan con PSE", alongside Bancolombia, Davivienda, Nequi and Daviplata.
No gateway documents it. Checked directly: Adyen's catalog contains no Colombian methods at all (both halves of the page read); Airwallex and Antom list no CO shopper location or COP currency; Rapyd publishes per-bank pages for Bancolombia, Banco Estado and Banco de Antigua but none for this bank. dLocal, EBANX and Wompi all document PSE, and all three say the same thing: the participating-bank list is not published as a page but fetched at runtime — dLocal returns bank_id values from an API object, EBANX from /ws/getBankList (its sample shows 1001 Banco de Bogotá, 1815 Alianza Fiduciaria), Wompi from GET /v1/pse/financial_institutions. The absence of Banco Caja Social from gateway docs is therefore structural, not a coverage gap: integrators never name the bank, they render whatever the endpoint returns.
For an integrator there is nothing to build against directly. You integrate PSE in COP for Colombia, and this bank appears if ACH Colombia and your acquirer carry it. Capabilities belong to PSE, not the bank: dLocal states refunds for PSE and documents no recurring, payouts or partial refunds. Nothing published states a currency or any capability for Banco Caja Social itself, so the COP row here derives from the PSE rail it sits inside.

- PSE — Pagos Seguros en Línea (ACH Colombia) · pse.com.coUsed for Primary source that Banco Caja Social is a PSE participating institution: listed by name under 'Entidades Financieras que trabajan con PSE' with a link to bancocajasocial.com. Also sources that PSE is a service of ACH Colombia, debiting savings/checking/electronic deposit accounts via the customer's own online banking, and therefore the CO country row.Checked 20 October 2026
- Banco Caja Social — official site (personas) · bancocajasocial.comUsed for Identity and country: Bogotá address and Colombian phone numbers, link to the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, Fundación Grupo Social logo in the footer with Seguros Colmena named as a sister company, and a 'Recarga tu Cuenta de Ahorros Cuentamiga con PSE' service confirming it transacts over PSE. The page does not state its full legal name, so none is claimed here.Checked 20 October 2026
- dLocal — Colombia payment methods · docs.dlocal.comUsed for PSE as a gateway-documented method: code PC, type bank transfer, country CO, currency COP, refunds supported, with no partial refunds, recurring or payouts documented. Also the key negative finding that the bank list is API-driven ('This object contains the list of available PSE banks and their corresponding bank_id values') and that Banco Caja Social is not named anywhere on the page.Checked 20 October 2026
- EBANX — PSE Avanza (Colombia) · docs.ebanx.comUsed for Confirms PSE country 'co' and currency COP in its sample request, and that the full bank list comes from /ws/getBankList rather than the page; its three-bank sample (1815 Alianza Fiduciaria, 1001 Banco de Bogotá, 1063 Banco Finandina) does not include Banco Caja Social. Also that EBANX documents no refunds, partial refunds, recurring, chargebacks or payouts for PSE.Checked 20 October 2026
- Wompi (Bancolombia) — métodos de pago Colombia · docs.wompi.coUsed for Third independent confirmation that PSE is Colombia/COP and that the institution list must be retrieved from GET /v1/pse/financial_institutions rather than any published page; Banco Caja Social is not named.Checked 20 October 2026
- EBANX — Colombia country overview · docs.ebanx.comUsed for The documented Colombian method set (Credit Card, Debit Card, PSE Avanza, Bre-B, Botón Bancolombia, Efecty, Nequi, Nequi Recurring) with COP as the only accepted currency — and that Banco Caja Social is not among the named methods.Checked 20 October 2026
- Adyen — payment methods catalog · docs.adyen.comUsed for Negative evidence: read in full (both halves); the catalog lists no Colombian methods at all, no PSE entry and no Banco Caja Social.Checked 20 October 2026
- Rapyd docs index (llms.txt) · docs.rapyd.netUsed for Negative evidence that Rapyd documents individual Latin American banks as discrete methods (Bancolombia, Banco de Antigua, Banco Estado One Step, Bradesco) but publishes no page for Banco Caja Social and no PSE page — checked via the docs index rather than guessed paths.Checked 20 October 2026
