MobiCash is a brand name, not a generic category, but I could not establish which company this row refers to, and no gateway documents it. I read the full method catalogs of Adyen (113 methods), Airwallex, Antom and Stripe; the llms.txt page indexes of dLocal, EBANX, Checkout.com, Mollie, Rapyd, Unlimit, Thunes, Worldpay, Paysafe, Xsolla, Flutterwave, 2C2P and Xendit; Worldline's and PayRetailers' sitemaps; and twelve dLocal country pages most likely to carry a rail of this name (Rwanda, Zambia, Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya, Nigeria, Cameroon, Senegal, Zimbabwe, Pakistan, Sri Lanka) plus dLocal's Africa mobile-money guide. None mentions it in any spelling, including "Mobi Cash" and "Mobi-Cash". EBANX's 23 country overviews do not either. This is documented absence, not a failed lookup: the indexes name the real pages, and I checked them.

The only reachable site using the name is mobicashonline.com — the URL this directory already holds. It presents "MobiCash Group" as a platform for wallets, QR acceptance, agent banking, tax collection, remittance and insurance, but names no country, currency, legal entity or licence, and its hero image links to a bolt.host prototype. Its own footer states the site "remains a corporate prototype until all legal, regulatory, compliance, partner and product-availability content is reviewed, approved and version-controlled for public use," and its body text instructs that every "jurisdictional statement" be verified before publication. That is an operator explicitly declining to claim coverage.
