Payz is a consumer multi-currency e-wallet and prepaid Mastercard programme, not a local bank rail. Its own llms.txt states UK services are provided by PSI-Pay Ltd, an FCA-authorised Electronic Money Institution (FRN 900011), and EEA services by IPS Solutions Ltd, authorised by the Central Bank of Cyprus. It is the successor brand to ecoPayz: payz.com nowhere says so, but the iOS and Android package id is still com.ecopayz.emw and the Play Store developer contact is [email protected]. The directory's "both" typing is correct — alongside the consumer wallet there is a "Payz Merchants" product for accepting payments from Payz customers.

No gateway documents it. I grepped Adyen's full 122 KB catalog, Airwallex, Antom, Stripe, Checkout.com's llms.txt, Worldline's complete per-method sitemap, and the llms.txt indexes of dLocal, EBANX, Paysafe, Mollie, Rapyd and Corefy: zero hits for "payz" or "ecopayz". The only near-matches are India's PayZapp and PayCo, unrelated methods. Integrators reach Payz through igaming-focused PSPs instead; PaymentIQ's docs sit behind a login and could not be checked.

Coverage is genuinely unpublished rather than merely unfound. Payz states "50+ currencies" and cards in "eight different currencies" but never lists either; the only ISO codes any source names are EUR and GBP, for virtual IBANs and UK sort codes. Availability is stated as "the UK and most of EU/EEA member states" — not enumerable, so only GB is recorded. Every payz.com HTML page returns an Incapsula challenge, so merchant-side settlement, refund and chargeback terms are unreadable, and no public developer host exists. Note that ecopayz.com is now an unofficial Turkish WordPress site, not a brand source.
