What Vietcombank costs
Merchants do not pay Vietcombank directly. Each payment provider that offers it sets its own rate, so compare a few and ask them to quote.

Vietcombank is a bank, and the only gateway documentation that names it treats it as a payout destination rather than a checkout method. dLocal's Vietnam payouts v3 page carries a "Bank codes" table under "Bank information" whose row reads "NHTMCP Ngoai Thuong Vietnam | Vietcombank (VCB) | 17". An integrator sending a `BANK_TRANSFER` payout to Vietnam supplies bank code 17 plus the account number; country is `VN` and the page states "For Vietnam, use `VND` or `USD`" (its country reference table shows `VND`). USD is stated for Vietnam payouts generally, not specifically for VCB — treat the VND row as the solid one.
Nothing supports this as a pay-in rail. There is no Vietcombank redirect, QR or internet-banking button in Adyen, Antom, Airwallex, Stripe, Checkout.com, Mollie, Worldline, 2C2P or dLocal's own Vietnam pay-in page. Vietnamese pay-ins reach banks through aggregators that deliberately do not name them: dLocal notes VTC Pay draws on "34 participating local banks" and VNPay QR on "33 mobile banking applications"; Antom's VietQR page refers only to "the bank or digital wallet app". So Vietcombank funds collections invisibly, via Napas/VietQR, with no bank-level selection to integrate against.
Documentation is silent on bank-transfer payout timing, cut-offs, refunds and reversals for Vietnam — dLocal describes only wallet transfers as real-time. No chargeback, recurring or 3DS semantics exist, as expected for a credit-transfer rail. EBANX does not cover Vietnam at all (23 documented countries, none Vietnamese). Vietcombank's own site documents retail digital banking (VCB Digibank/DigiBiz) but publishes no developer-facing acquiring or payout API.
