Payment orchestration platforms
A payment orchestration platform sits between a merchant and several payment providers and acquirers, giving one integration to all of them. It routes each transaction to the provider most likely to approve it at the lowest cost, retries declined payments through another provider (cascading), and centralises card tokens, reporting and reconciliation — so the merchant isn’t dependent on a single PSP.
