What Servipag costs

Servipag quotes per merchant. What you are offered depends on your volume, your industry, the countries you sell in, your card mix and your risk profile — so a published headline rate would not be your rate. Ask them for a quote against your own numbers.

What the last check found

Servipag Ltda. is a Chilean bill-payment and collection network, not a cross-border gateway. Banco de Chile's Form 20-F filed 30 April 2026 is explicit: its only investment classified as a joint venture is Servipag Ltda., held 50.00% at both 31 December 2025 and 2024, and the related-party table names what the bank buys from it — "collection services," MCh$4,010 in 2025, on 30-day contract terms. The other half is held by BCI, though that rests on secondary sources only. The company behind www.servipag.com is therefore unambiguously Chilean; there is no name collision here, and the recorded CL/CLP is correct.

For integration it appears in two shapes. As a cash rail it is a voucher at over a thousand physical locations: dLocal types it TICKET, code SP, minimum 50 CLP, seven-day expiry, immediate notification, refunds supported, DIRECT or REDIRECT flow. Online, the payer settles by bank transfer or debit card — EBANX takes payment_type_code "servipag", country "cl", currency_code "CLP" and returns a redirect_url. Payer RUT/CI is mandatory in both, a real constraint for merchants without Chilean customers.

The most notable true thing is how little Servipag publishes. Its sitemap lists five URLs (/, /paymentexpress, /howtowork, /otherservices, /faq); the site is a single-spa shell whose content all loads from a token-gated API; there is no coverage page, no price list, no public developer portal or sandbox. Merchant capability is real but private: the shipped JavaScript exposes a LinkPago merchant app under /private/linkpago/* with self-onboarding (biometric identity check, contract signing, payout bank details), payment-button creation at /linkpago/boton/v1/, API-key generation, statistics and an integration-docs route — all behind login and a whitelist guard. Its GirosPAG transfer service validates RUT only, so no second country is hiding there. For most non-Chilean merchants the practical route remains a PSP.
