What TNG Wallet costs

TNG Wallet quotes per merchant. What you are offered depends on your volume, your industry, the countries you sell in, your card mix and your risk profile — so a published headline rate would not be your rate. Ask them for a quote against your own numbers.

What the last check found

"TNG Wallet" is the colloquial name for Touch 'n Go eWallet, Malaysia's largest e-wallet, operated by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd — a Kuala Lumpur joint venture between Touch 'n Go and Ant Financial per Airwallex, regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia per the operator's own site, and published in the Hong Kong App Store under the legal name "TNG Digital Sdn Bhd" with bundle id my.com.tngdigital.wallet.

Five gateways document it, all agreeing on buyer country Malaysia and processing currency MYR: Adyen ("Touch'n Go", redirect wallet, settlement MYR or USD, refunds plus multiple partial refunds), Airwallex (refunds and partial refunds within one year, recurring, disputes/chargebacks, 0.10–20,000 MYR, T+1 settlement), Antom (refund and partial refund; tokenized and subscription payments), dLocal Malaysia (two codes — TG redirect, 5 MYR minimum, 5-minute expiry; TF "Touch 'n Go Recurring", enrol once by redirect then charge direct, full and partial refunds), and Checkout.com. Foreign merchant entities can accept it: Antom allows SG/HK/US/EEA/UK/MY, Checkout.com HK/SG/EEA/UK, and Checkout.com additionally states HKD and SGD as processing currencies alongside MYR — the shopper is still Malaysian, so MYR is the only currency recorded here. No gateway documents payouts or withdrawals to the wallet; only Airwallex states chargebacks, Adyen and Antom are silent on them.

Two cautions. This duplicates the directory's existing touch-n-go and touch-n-go-digital rows — the repo's own research/websites-done-4.json already resolves tng-wallet to tngdigital.com.my, so these should be aliased or merged rather than carried as three listings. And the name collides with a Hong Kong wallet also branded TNG Wallet: that reading is unsupported — HKMA's current register of SVF licensees names no TNG entity, tngwallet.hk returns 503, tngfintech.com is an unconnected domain, and no TNG app by a Hong Kong operator is in the HK App Store.
