Contact and complaints
Last updated 6 November 2026
The short version
- Email is the quickest way to reach us; the right address for each kind of question is below.
- Complaints are acknowledged within five working days and answered in full within twenty.
- If you are not happy with our answer, you can ask for it to be looked at again by someone not involved.

By post: MEGHR LTD, 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF. Post is slower than email; please write by email where you can.
We do not take payments, applications or account changes by phone or social media, and we will never ask you for a password or code.
2. Making a complaint
Write to [email protected] with “Complaint” in the subject. Say what happened, when, which page or account it concerns, and what you would like us to do.
- We acknowledge your complaint within five working days.
- Someone looks into it and replies in full within twenty working days, or tells you why it needs longer and when to expect an answer.
- If you are not satisfied, reply asking for a review. Someone not involved in the first answer looks at it again and gives a final answer.
Complaints about something a member posted are handled faster through the Report option on the post or profile (see the community guidelines). If we removed your content or restricted your account and you disagree, the same review applies.
3. If you are still not satisfied
For data protection, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). For anything else, you keep all your legal rights, and the courts of England and Wales are available to you.
We are not a party to dealings between merchants and payment providers. A complaint about a provider’s service, fees or decision needs to go to that provider; where it is regulated, its own complaints process and, for eligible complainants, the Financial Ombudsman Service may apply.
