Merchants do not pay Faster Payments directly. Each payment provider that offers it sets its own rate, so compare a few and ask them to quote.

This is one of the minority of methods that works in both directions: Nuvei's integration data records it as supporting payouts as well as payments. For anyone who needs to send money out as well as take it in — marketplaces, gaming, insurance, anything with a payout leg — that halves the number of rails worth considering, and this is one of them.
