Praxis Tech is a payment orchestration company incorporated in Cyprus (company number HE 410576). It was founded in 2016 to build a cashier that let one integration reach several payment providers, and from 2021 it grew that into a broader orchestration platform. It now reports more than 140 staff in four offices and over 600 PSP connections. Praxis is not a payment institution: its terms say its services exclude transaction processing and the handling of client funds, so merchants still sign their own contracts with acquirers and PSPs.
On top of those connections it offers a hosted cashier and payment page, hosted card fields, a server-to-server API and a virtual terminal for support agents. Routing rules and an AI-based optimiser decide which provider receives each payment, and declined transactions can be recovered through another route. A card vault stores tokens, and the platform also handles withdrawals and payouts, split refunds, subscriptions, reconciliation and analytics. Praxis is PCI DSS Level 1 and ISO/IEC 27001 certified and registered as a Visa service provider.
Which methods a merchant can offer depends on the providers it connects, but Praxis lists Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, Mir and Mexico's Carnet, along with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, GrabPay, iDEAL, UPI, Interac, Pix and SPEI. It quotes support for more than 40 currencies.
Its client list leans towards gaming and trading. GGPoker, Stake, Playtech and Codere Online appear alongside brokers such as AvaTrade, FP Markets and MultiBank, and it also pitches to crypto platforms and online retailers. It suits merchants that already work with several PSPs and want one cashier and routing layer across them. Pricing is not published.

What Praxis Tech costs
Praxis Tech quotes per merchant. What you are offered depends on your volume, your industry, the countries you sell in, your card mix and your risk profile — so a published headline rate would not be your rate. Ask them for a quote against your own numbers.
- Settlement
- Set by each connected PSP; Praxis does not hold or settle funds
Pricing, in detail
No pricing page; processing fees are charged by the connected PSPs.
What the last check found
Orchestration and cashier software, not a PSP that processes or holds funds; regulation is empty because Praxis says it does not handle transactions or client funds (no licence is claimed). Methods depend on the PSPs a merchant connects; the list is what Praxis names on its homepage and payment-methods page (more sit behind a 'Show more' button that could not be expanded). Mir (Russia's domestic card scheme) is listed by Praxis and added as a new term; merchants should check sanctions exposure before using it. Countries and currencies are left empty: no list is published (only '40+ currencies'). HQ given as Cyprus from the terms (Cyprus incorporation and law); the four office locations are not named. 3DS is listed as a product on the homepage.
