What Multibanco costs
Multibanco quotes per merchant. What you are offered depends on your volume, your industry, the countries you sell in, your card mix and your risk profile — so a published headline rate would not be your rate. Ask them for a quote against your own numbers.

Recheck against Multibanco's own site. Portugal, euro, run by SIBS — the interbank services company the Portuguese banks own between them — and that is the whole of it. Its own pages state a €400 daily withdrawal limit and address Portuguese citizens on national territory.
Worth saying what Multibanco is, because its shape has no parallel in most markets: a single national network that is simultaneously the ATM estate, the card scheme, the bill-payment rail and the reference-number system a Portuguese shopper uses to pay for an online order at a cash machine.
