Monetary Authority of SingaporeMajor Payment Institution, Payment Services Act 2019: merchant acquisition, domestic and cross-border money transfer (2C2P Pte Ltd)Register
Authorisations 2C2P holds, as published by the provider or regulator. Check the register entry before relying on it.
2C2P was founded in Bangkok in 2003 by Aung Kyaw Moe and moved its head office to Singapore in 2007. Ant Group, now Ant International, took a majority stake in April 2022, and the company now presents itself as "2C2P by Antom", the Southeast Asian arm of Ant's merchant payments business. Its Singapore company, 2C2P Pte Ltd, holds a Major Payment Institution licence from the Monetary Authority of Singapore covering merchant acquisition and domestic and cross-border money transfers.
Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam are its core markets, and the method list is long. Alongside Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, UnionPay and other cards, 2C2P connects to national QR schemes (PromptPay, PayNow, DuitNow, QRIS, QR Ph and VietQR), wallets such as GrabPay, ShopeePay, TrueMoney, Touch 'n Go, GCash, Maya, OVO, DANA, MoMo and ZaloPay, and online banking with dozens of banks per country. Atome, Kredivo and BillEase provide pay-later options. Shoppers can pay cash at Thai bank branches and stores, at Alfamart and Indomaret in Indonesia and at Philippine payment centres, and bank card instalment plans run in six Asian markets. The channel list also reaches wallets in Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, India and Cambodia.
Beyond taking payments it sells payouts and remittance, card and wallet issuing, payment links, a product built for airlines and, in Thailand, smart terminals for small shops. Merchants named over the years include Lazada, Thai Airways and Lenovo.
2C2P suits airlines, marketplaces and larger retailers selling across several Southeast Asian countries that want local methods under one contract. Prices are not published, so expect to negotiate. Some channels, such as M-Pesa and Toss Pay, are routed through Antom, and what is switched on varies by market and by merchant agreement.

What 2C2P costs
2C2P quotes per merchant. What you are offered depends on your volume, your industry, the countries you sell in, your card mix and your risk profile — so a published headline rate would not be your rate. Ask them for a quote against your own numbers.
Pricing, in detail
No public price list; pricing through sales.
What the last check found
Not a duplicate of the existing 'antom' listing: 2C2P keeps its own brand, merchant contracts, gateway and MAS licence, though it is marketed as '2C2P by Antom'; a reviewer may want to cross-link the two. Countries beyond the six core markets (HK, JP, KR, TW, IN, KH) come from 2C2P's payment-channel reference, where local methods are listed for those countries; merchant onboarding there was not confirmed. Channels marked 'via Antom' in that reference (M-Pesa in Kenya, Toss Pay, PayEasy) and one-off EU/UK/AU channels are not recorded as countries. No MAS licence number was found on 2C2P's pages; a third-party directory gives the company's UEN (200723349C), which is a company number, not a licence number. Press coverage dates the MPI grant to August 2025, while 2C2P's own post is dated 26 October 2025. Thai, Malaysian, Philippine, Indonesian and Vietnamese licences were not verified. The 2C2P Shopify app (launched April 2022) lists recurring and multi-currency payments, but these were not confirmed in 2C2P's own docs and are not recorded as features.
